Rula Zoom background

You may want to use a virtual background during Telehealth calls on Zoom for added privacy or a consistent professional appearance. Follow the steps below to add the Rula-branded virtual Zoom background to your Telehealth calls.

Updating Zoom Background

  1. Download the attached image that can be found at the bottom of this article.
  2. Sign into your Zoom web account.
  3. Choose "Settings" from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

  4. Navigate to the "Meetings" tab.

  5. Scroll to the Virtual Background option found under "In Meeting (Advanced)"
  6. Ensure that virtual backgrounds have been enabled. If not, toggle the button to enable virtual backgrounds.

Using Custom Virtual Background in Meeting

  1. Sign into the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click on your profile image and choose "Settings."

  3. Select Backgrounds and Filters.

  4. Click the + sign icon and choose "Add Image."

  5. Upload the image you downloaded from this article earlier. 

During a call:

  1. Click the arrow next to the camera icon at the bottom of your Zoom window.
  2. Choose the option, "Choose Virtual Background."

  3. Select the Rula Zoom background that you previously added to your Zoom account.
