Policy and Procedure Manual for psychiatric services providers

SUD Specialty Group – CA, Mental Health Specialty Group, P.A., and Mental Health Specialty Group NJ, PC (collectively, “Group”) contracts with Path, CCM, Inc. for management and administrative support services.  This policy applies to the Group and Path, CCM.

A Policy and Procedure Manual is maintained (“Manual”) as a means of compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and to uphold the highest quality standards for the care of patients.  The policies and procedures outlined in the Manual are designed to provide to team members, independent contractors, and others an understanding of laws, regulatory requirements, expectations, and procedures.

For purposes of this Manual, the Group’s and Rula’s team members include individuals who would be considered part of the workforce such as employees, independent contractors, business team members, and other persons whose work performance is under the direct purview of Rula or the Group’s  business practices.

While this manual covers many areas, it is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be amended and new policies and procedures added at any time. This manual, or individual policies and procedures, is available for review by team members, independent contractors, and others doing business with Rula as appropriate. Policies are reviewed on a regularly occurring cycle and revised as needed.
