Care Coordination |
A dedicated team to help with higher level of care (HLOC) requests for any client seen at Rula. Care coordinators can locate referrals for services outside of Rula (e.g., IOP, psychological testing). For patient discharges, please defer to your discharge protocol. |

Rula Therapists |
Therapists who contract with Rula may message you in AMD, but many are now using Rula's provider portal, which is not yet available for psych providers. You can email therapists to communicate about your shared patient. Please reach out to Rula Support, who will first confirm that you are both treating the same patient before sharing the therapist's email address. |
