Guided steps
You can view all of your prescriptions and their statuses by going to the “e-send Status” report in the EHR. To get there:
- Navigate to the reports tab
- Select the “Prescription” report under “e-send Status”
In this report, you can see all of your prescriptions along with their send status.
- green checkmarks represent prescriptions that have been successfully sent
- yellow triangles with exclamation points represent prescriptions that are unsent or have failed
Troubleshooting tips
If your prescription is showing as unsent or has failed, a yellow triangle will appear next to the prescription name. To resolve this, you can click on it to update the status. Often, the system will update and the prescription will be successfully sent!
