Resetting your Chrome cache

This article reviews how to reset your Google Chrome cache. We suggest that every provider resets their cache at the beginning and end of each day to prevent issues with AMD connectivity.

Guided steps

  1. Open the Chrome browser.
  2. Click the Customize and Control icon (three vertical dots) in the top right corner of the browser window. Next, click Settings

  3. On the Settings page, select “Privacy and Security” on the left-hand side

  4. Click “Clear browsing data” on the right-hand side

  5. Toggle the setting button for “Clear cookies and other site data” to the right-hand onward position

  6. Close the Tab. Chrome will now automatically clear cookies and cache when it is closed. Close all windows for the setting to take effect.
