DrFirst Passphrase Reset for EPCS

How to reset your DrFirst passphrase for EPCS

Should you forget your DrFirst passphrase, used for EPCS, or accidentally lock yourself out of your DrFirst account, please follow these steps to reset your passphrase:

  1. Go to the DrFirst forgot passphrase website located here: https://ui.epcsdrfirst.com/pob/forgotpass
  2. Enter your NPI
  3. Enter the S/N or Credential ID
    1. This can be found in the Symantec VIP Access app you used to set up EPCS. This will be the Credential ID located at the top of the app, NOT the 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds. 
    2. Your Credential ID will begin with SYMC. Be sure to include this prefix in the Credential ID field. 
  4. After clicking Next Step, you will be sent a code to enter
  5. Once you’ve entered the code, process to reset your passphrase
