My client didn't receive the Zoom link

Starting a telehealth session

To start a telehealth session from your calendar:

  1. Log into the EHR and click Home > Scheduler
  2. Find the appointment and click on it
  3. In the comments section, highlight and copy the link
  4. Open your preferred HIPAA compliant Email inbox that you use to communicate with patients
  5. Draft an Email and paste the link into the body of the email

 

Non-working Zoom link

If your Zoom link is not working, you can submit an escalation using the Psychiatric Services Providers' form under Web Links in AMD.
