Starting a telehealth session
To start a telehealth session from your calendar:
- Log into the EHR and click Home > Scheduler
- Find the appointment and click on it
- In the comments section, highlight and copy the link
- Open your preferred HIPAA compliant Email inbox that you use to communicate with patients
- Draft an Email and paste the link into the body of the email
Non-working Zoom link
If your Zoom link is not working, you can submit an escalation using the Psychiatric Services Providers' form under Web Links in AMD.
