This article provides a step-by-step guidance for ending a telehealth session in the Rula provider portal.
Guided Steps
To maintain the privacy of your patients and the security of your virtual calls, you should always end meetings after you have completed your session.
To end a Telehealth session, while still on the call:
- Click End at the bottom right corner of the Zoom controls menu.
- Select whether to leave the meeting or end the meeting for all.
- If you select the leave meeting option, your patients may stay on the call to continue the meeting.
- If you select the End the meeting for all option, all participants will immediately be removed from the call.
